Okay, so a simple play and win game like this one will never let you experience all the thrills of a weekend in Sin City, but it certainly offers up the potential for a very quick score while offering better odds than most offerings of this type.

Three of a Kind Takes the Pot

Vegas Cash is a pretty standard scratch card game that allows players to play up to four tickets per round. At the start of each game, you’ll be asked to select how many cards you want to play, up to a maximum of four, along with the bet size you’d like to make on each one. Each bet can be for anywhere between $0.20 and $20, making it possible to bet up to $20 at a time.

Once you’ve set your bet sizes, you can start the game. At this point, you’ll see four covered tickets. If you’d like to reveal them one at a time, you have the option of clicking on each one individually; there’s also a button that will reveal all four of them at once. Each time you reveal a ticket, you’ll see six different boxes, each with a symbol in it. These symbols are related to the casino world: chips, drinks, cherries, diamonds, dice, cash, and others can appear, along with the game’s logo.

What’s interesting here is that these icons aren’t associated with specific prizes. Instead, you just want to make any three of a kind combination that you can. If you have any matching group, you’ll instantly win the prize that is listed at the bottom of the ticket. If you’ve played multiple cards, you can win more than once, with your various prizes being totaled in order to make your final payout.

The prizes available on each card vary. The smallest available payout is the same as your bet on a given card, but much larger winnings are also available; we’ve seen prizes as large as 1,000x the ticket cost offered up to players who can win on the right cards.

That’s about all there is to this game. There are a couple other functions that are available to players who are looking to speed up the action, however. A turbo mode gets rid of the reveal animations, speeding up each play; meanwhile, an auto button will let you quickly run through up to 1,000 hands in rapid succession.

Fast, Simple Fun

There’s really not much to Vegas Cash, even when compared to other scratch card games. Most products of this type at least allow players to reveal each symbol position independently; here, entire cards are unlocked at once, which takes away some of the drama. There are also no bonuses, no special ways to win extra cash, or any other twists that would allow you to experience something different during gameplay.

Because of this, it’s hard to recommend this game to anyone who wants any depth at all in their gambling. However, this is a fine option if you just want a quick hit and the chance to win a big prize in a matter of seconds, especially when you consider the relatively generous return to player (reported to be 95%, or much higher than most instant win products). It’s not quite Vegas, but you might get the same big rewards without having to pay for a flight or a hotel room.
