The slot has a single win line across the middle. You’ll choose the coin amount from anywhere between 1 and 4. Ideally you’ll want to play at least 3 coins but 4 lines opens the whole game up. This is due to you receiving a better value pay-out on the wild symbol when playing 3 coins as opposed to 1 or 2, and the feature of the slot is only available if playing the maximum 4 coins. The stocking wild pays 800, 1,600 or 2,500 coins when landing 3 in a row when playing for 1, 2 or 3 coins. The stocking is certainly the symbol you want to see at this slot, as the win amount is 10x that of any other symbol. If using this wild once as part of a win you’ll gain a 2x multiplier and should it appear twice the multiplier will be 4x.

You’ll receive a win for landing 3 in a row of any other symbol, but there are also additional wins earned when seeing a combination of the mistletoe, bells and candy umbrella on a line, or if the Christmas Cracker appears on reel 3.

The feature of the game is activated when seeing the wrapped Christmas gift on reel three. You’ll be taken to a screen showing Santa and a Christmas tree and you’ll choose one of five gifts. Saucify have a good range of 3 reel games and this one does a good job of keeping a somewhat traditional feel with the added extra of a feature round. Whether you’ll quite get into the spirit of the game on a sunny day in June is open to question, but it’s certainly a game you might enjoy in December.
