What works?

This can make for some massive wins if cover reels 2-5. On an $80 bet, I got 4 stacked jewel boxes on reel 1, and Gigantic Wilds that covered reels 2-5 (all 5 rows). The payout was $3480. Granted, most people will not bet $80/spin even with play money, but an $8 bet would yield $348, which isn’t bad for one spin.

King Free Spins Bonus

The fact that this bonus includes Sticky Wilds, means that you could cover reels 2-5 early on in the round with Gigantic Wilds, meaning every line would payout 5 of a kind. That’s potentially huge.

Intensity

Upbeat, percussion heavy soundtrack with sharp graphics that match the subject of the game. Background is a gorgeous pastel watercolor-type image with the remnants and spills of war visible, keeping with the theme.

Originality & creativity 3/5

The dual use of the Bonus symbol is a great idea, and the fact that you only need 1 Bonus symbol along with the Gigantic Wild should theoretically make for an easier path to the bonus round. Once there, the implementation of Sticky Wilds may not be original, but because they are 2 reels wide and getting 4 reels worth isn’t a stretch, that’s original and creative.

While the RTP is low at 94.3%, the Gigantic Wilds do appear often enough that they make up for the lack of regular payline wins.
