The construction walls are gone as Hell’s Kitchen at Caesars Atlantic City is now open. Caesars Entertainment made the news official by sending out a late Wednesday afternoon press release.
However, there were no sightings of Gordon Ramsay at the Atlantic City casino. At least not yet.
This marks the East Coast debut for Hell’s Kitchen. The entrance is located on the second level, footsteps away from the slot machines.
Hell’s Kitchen Atlantic City details
The restaurant seats 233 guests across three levels. Design elements include mosaic tiles and custom-designed lighting that combines brass rods and pitchfork features that run across the high ceilings.
This means every table can enjoy what is described as “an incredible view of the uniquely styled kitchen” inspired directly from the hit Fox reality cooking competition show that shares the same name.
Bringing fresh energy to Caesars Atlantic City
Those who have been following Atlantic City casino news over the last several months are well aware this is not the first new restaurant opening in this year. And it certainly will not be the last.
Actually, Nobu is next up on the Caesars AC radar.
As far as opening Hell’s Kitchen in Atlantic City goes, Ramsey said “I couldn’t be more excited.”
“The energy of the Hell’s Kitchen dining room will be a perfect match for this iconic city as it transforms into a true East Coast dining destination thanks to the dedication and enormous support of the community by our partner at Caesars,” Ramsay added.
Call it an extension of an existing partnership between Caesars AC and Ramsay. The Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill is also open at Caesars and Gordon Ramsay Steak at Harrah’s Resort.
John Koster, Regional President for Caesars Entertainment, shared his thoughts on what the newest restaurant adds to the flagship AC property.
“The highly-anticipated debut of Hell’s Kitchen headlines our $200 million resort transformation, which will undoubtedly solidify Caesars Atlantic City as a leader in world-class hospitality on the East Coast,” Koster said.
What’s on the Hell’s Kitchen menu?
Whenever a new Atlantic City restaurant opens, guests want to know what the must-try items are.
Some of those items at Hell’s Kitchen include:
- Beef Wellington
- Hell’s Kitchen burger
- Sticky toffee pudding
Of course there is a diverse signature cocktail list as well, including:
- Traditional Negroni
- Old Fashioned
- Smoke on the Boardwalk
- Notes from Gordon
The latter has Plymouth dry gin, green tea, almond liqueur lemongrass, peach and lemon. However, the drink gets its name because it comes with a message from Gordon.
