Pennsylvania and Michigan players have options for 18 ring events in June
Aside from the New Jersey events, Pennsylvania and Michigan will have their own separate series this June.
Their combined prizes will be more than $1 million. Pennsylvania and Michigan remain a “ringed-in” market for the time being, but a new compact may change that.
Michigan just released information about combining player pools. The series also runs June 11-28 but has different guarantees.
Tournament of Champions million dollar freeroll
This July, the WSOP is giving out $1 million dollars.
The company will award all 2022 bracelet and ring winners, live or online, a ticket for the Tournament of Champions event. The $1 million freeroll event is set for July 18 in Las Vegas as the final event on the WSOP summer schedule.
However, players can’t buy into this event. They can only win a seat through having collected hardware.
June championship ring winners
One of New Jersey’s notable winners from May included Krishna “NinjaGo” Kalidas.
He scooped his second ring and $14,352.
Kalidas is now preparing for the World Series of Poker live events in Las Vegas this summer. He plans on attending the tournament of champions.
Another NJ player scoring the victory was Drew Oconnel. He won event number three and took home $25,771.
